Habanero Apricot Vinaigrette

 

  • ½ Cup Old Soul Habanero Apricot Jam
  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider or Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine vinegar and Habanero Apricot Jam. Pour the oil in as you whisk dressing. Pour dressing over salad, season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and serve.
